The founding partners of the firm come from both sides of the industry. Prior to starting his RIC journey, Ian Griffin worked in various business to business executive sales positions in many different industries.
Several years ago Ian got into the offsite records vendor sector and never looked back. This experience helped him gain invaluable insight on the behind scenes operations. Through this he was able to identify severe deficiencies that existed between the customers and the vendors and felt there was a strong need for an organization within this niche market place to bridge the gap.
Anthony Scozzaro, the other founding partner, has a significant knowledge base for developing and running Records and Information Governance programs in highly regulated corporate environments.
He brings over 14 years of experience to RIC and holds several prestigious certifications (i.e. CIP -Certified Information Professional, ERMp – Electronic Records Management Practitioner). Part of Anthony’s corporate experience involved managing the relationship and day to day operations with the offsite records storage vendors. Similarly to Ian, he noticed many areas of these relationships that could be drastically improved.
